Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force personnel currently not affected. There are no quarantine procedures for personnel from these 3 services PCSing from Korea or Italy. Viruses do not discriminate.

The thing with delaying PCS moves is at what state? If you have someone the has packed, shipped, pulled the family out of their routine, then it becomes to late and costly. If you do it prior to that, then you have a better chance. Stopping a PCS mid-move is like stopping a train on a dime.
