Good thing installation commanders are granted authority to issue orders to control a good deal of what happens on their installation.

Here in SD, we never had an actual lock-down order, but Ellsworth AFB still requires face mask and hand sanitizer at commissary and BX, etc.
Will be interested to see if that changes.
