Guys, look...I can be an inveterate cynic with the best...trust me, all of you have zero on me about how to be a cynic, I assure all of you...this group is apparently affiliated with Manchester Metropolitan Univ. (MMU), in the UK, a relatively new school there, I saw a Wikipedia page on them, I'll try to send it...evidently, the goal is to make public-health education affordable worldwide, and the Brits are seriously stiff about their academia, I think that much is a given...it's also affiliated with the Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH), which I gather is the UK analogue to the Amer. Pubic Health Assoc. (APHA), OK? I've been making a really serious slew of calls to just about everyone I can think of, to see if this whole thing is nonsense, and checking all of the EUCLID faculty as far as I can, on every site I know of, for everything clinical they've ever done...I've gotten them on LinkedIn and Skype, I'm, yakking with a good friend of mine I was in clinical training with, who's no fool, I assure all of you...I can completely understand your doubts, trust me, I share them, however, every single time I think I'm gonna find garbage, honest, guys, this thing is passing the smell test...the only problem is US bureaucratic and academic inertia, from what I'm seeing, honest...I called a major US school one of their faculty was involved with, EUCLID wasn't known, however, the faculty member was, and it's a really rigid, first-rate, highly prestigious US school, with major public health curricula...the last one who'd tell you that this thing didn't need to be sifted to the very bottom is me...in that regard, guys, trust me, naive is the very last thing I am, I assure you...lemme check it some more, but I'm telling all of you, if the Brits allow it, and believe me, I'm gonna ask and see what they think of it, nothing academic is allowed in the UK on that order, esp at grad level, if it were bogus...the UK is really strict about such stuff, honest, from everything I've read about them, over the course of a long time...when I was in clinical training, we had a UK clinician lecture to us, and the guy was really good, so trust me, I know UK academic standards, and I'm telling you, every time I try to poke holes in this, it's coming back solid, honest...trust me and let me look it over more with my friend, however, I'm telling all of you, I think this one just might be for real, however crazy it might initially sound, promise...if it's not, I'll be the first one to admit it, OK? I promise, you all have my word on that, I assure all of you, OK?

The thing i am not clear on is whether this would be valid for the US or UK or just developing countries
