This petition is on change.org. I do not know if the originator, a Ms. Jennifer Bass is a member here or not as she says she is a ten year Navy vet. She is trying to get 52,00 children into this country as they supposedly were born to US Navy personnel who were stationed in the Phillipines prior to the Navy pulling out. She mentions a John who wishes to be reunited with his daughter who he did not know he had. I think John should be able to find some way of getting his daughter here if she is indeed his without having an act of Congress. What does RP members think about this especially Navy who may have been stationed in that area of the world?
