Phony: Even Generals Say I Have More Medals Than Them

This guy has an obvious mental problem... Sad really.
Having said that, he should not be allowed to walk around in that uniform and making the bogus claims he is making. Local law enforcement should put a stop to it.

He is definitely mentally handicapped. He means no harm, probably want to be in the military from a young age and his mind is incapable of growing up. Give the guy a break, he means no harm and wants to be part of something that he will never be a part of to no fault of his own. I am sure if he could have done what he says he did, then he would of. But it is obvious he can not.
