Well up till the last 2 years, for us Fayetteville natives, you knew you hit Hay St when hookers that looked female approached you, only for you to discover they weren't female, and the crank dealers stood about every 500 ft.
Now that it's cleaned up, you know it for the MarketHouse and the Street Festivals.
