The anti-abortion faction fails to understand that abortions are only around 3% of all services performed by Planned Parenthood. Vital female medical services make up 97% of what PP provides to the nation. Heck in some locations TRICARE has referred obstetrics to PP providers.

SFC Casey O'Mally I agree but when I desire something like a car I need to go to a place where they are available. If I want a reliable one I go to a dealer not the shady place on the corner of 5th and Main. Escaping the consequences of decisions and actions is a whole different topic. The plain fact is that no matter what others feel some people will have the desire for abortions and they need to be able to have that procedure in a safe manner. I lost a friend in high school who I'd known since kindergarten to a back alley abortion in the pre RvW days, the desire is always going to be there, period. So make them legal and safe, don't go back to the early 60s.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen The desire for wives to kill cheating husbands is always going to be there. Doesn't mean we make that legal.

SFC Casey O'Mally Except murder has always been illegal all across the world. Abortion is legal and only a certain few minority groups in the US want to make it illegal.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen Sir, That's a curious argument. Because up until about 100 years ago, abortion had always been illegal and only a few minority groups wanted to make it legal.
So either the "always been illegal" precedent should be observed, and legalizing abortion was wrong and should be reversed. Or the "always been illegal" precedent is meaningless and is no bar to legalizing murder of cheating husbands, based on the abortion rationale of "the desire will always be there, so we may as well make it legal."

Abortion is murder, plain and simple. I don't want to see our taxes used to promote this criminal act.

Apparently, that’s your opinion. And your opinion on this case is that of a minority of citizens, not the Majority. And I thank God for that!SrA John Monette
