SSgt Michelle Chadwick - I would have had an all star meltdown on this troop. More importantly, I don't think any of my troops would have pulled this crap as I was an effective enough leader that I had very few disciplinary problems with my junior enlisted and junior officers. I always taught my new NCOs that their subordinates should want to follow them because they trusted you to take them where they needed to go, not because it might be a funny show!
