This is why civilians are leery of veterans. This scumbag is a thief, a liar, and a POS. He screwed a neighbor out of thousands of dollars. Looking at him, if he looked like this picture, I wouldn't have trusted him to clean up my dogs poop. What a bastard. I hope he rots in jail and hell.
