Only Politifact would accept an improvable, improbable statement about Syrians giving up 100% of their "declared chemical weapons" as mostly true. You are relying on improvable information to make the claim. Politifact is run by the former St Petersburg Times (now Tampa Bay Times) perhaps the most liberal rag in the state.
They accept, at face value, a statement from Kerry as mostly true with zero proof because he is one of their darlings. Now, with the very public death of many at the hands of Syrian chemical weapons they retract, how noble of them. The best that statement from Kerry should have ever received is "unverifiable". The most realistic, knowing the Russians and Assad were involved was "likely BS".

Like several have been saying. politifact is a partisan shill for the Ds. They don't do any real fact checking, they do things that make their party look good in the eyes of their constituents, they report on faith, or emotional response rather than facts.
