I don't think anyone who's ever said the Lord's Prayer (with any attempt at actually understanding it) believes God "leads" us into temptation. Considered as a stand alone translation, it doesn't alter the intent (asking for help in resisting temptation)... but in my opinion, it's a frivolity aimed at making the Church appear more "adaptable", when what's important is re-enforcing what is eternal.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth I'm a Traditionalist and a Romantic Also So I Understand but on a Theology Level though it is Kind of Weird to Ask God not to make You Sin? I Think the Pope is trying to Fix a Piss Poor Translation that has been around a Long Time.
