No surprise there SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. I know many people my age who were terminated in the past few years as the new healthcare package known as the Affordable Care Act was rolled out. That was a misnomer to the nth degree. If there is justice in this life the descendants of those responsible will be burdened with the fallout from this disaster along with the rest of us.

Tell your soldiers to stay in the economy and the job market really sucks right now.

A sad fact we face. Less and less jobs with more and more "applicants". However it is all about making sure we fall into the best qualified pile. It is all over the transitioning posts. Get your degree before you get out, write a honest and targeted resume highlighting what you did not what you were responsible for. Network, RP is a great source so is linked in. Start your transitioning process as soon as you think you may leave the military.
