Dare I say this is a gook look for him? I'd be interested in the details being it addresses a lot, but with Voc Rehab, how would that translate regarding benefits? This would be a very good thing for the vets and families where applicable.

This is a great initiative that needs to be more common place as these are many service style careers (electrician, plumbing, etc) that are careers that for the foreseeable future will continue to be there and are great transitional careers for many MOS types. The military as a whole, should look to increase these opportunities vs. programs that promote things like factory technicians, commercial driving as these are career fields that have less of a guaranteed place in the future due to technology and automation.
