Ho. Ly. Sonovacrap, but the ignorance is REALLY pouring out of members right now about how this isn't fair and states' rights and all that. I didn't think we had this much of a problem in the Coast Guard - I guess I have been very, VERY wrong about that.

Yet we still have the flag being hung up at unit buildings, hangars, boathouses, and even flying from mounts on smallboats...

Not appropriate to fly Confederate flag over any US vessel or building. Racist or not, it is the symbol of voluntary mutiny and treason.
