I will not beat around the bush here, the root of these laws are based upon Sharia, and Islamic ideology. Yet when people point out the oppressive nature of Islam, they get called "Islamaphobes". Christianity and Judaism have their Issues, no doubt, but they are not nearly as oppressive Islam.
