LTC Greg Henning Pa Shaw Colonel! This is Nothing. Brits have always been much more Culturally, Socially and Politically Active than here in the US. Always entertaining to go down to Speakers Corner in Hyde Park the "Safe" zone where Free Speech Thrives. You can throw down a Fruit Crate, Stand on it and Scream Anything You Want to Your Hearts Desire. I remember My Office and the Embassy Next Door being surrounded by 15,000 CND'ers Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament protesting the Presence or Suspected Presence of US Nuclear Weapons in the UK (More Like a Giant Block Party, Lot of Fun, Folks Dressed in Scream Outfits Dancing with a Mock Cruise Missile). I Remember 15,000 British Muslims surrounding the Office and calling Us Babykillers after the Bombing of Libya in 86. Nature of London. I Loved It (Other than being Called Babykiller)

Poltical unrest is the natural state of any democracy. The Brits tend to meet in the middle more often than we do though.
