Some people have a life so disinformation campaigns may not make a difference. What about standard deviation? It is troubling but it's more of a nuisance at this point. I don't see Governors , Congress people and Senators losing do to these manipulating tweets. Russia has been doing cyber warfare at least since they invaded parts of former Soviet Georgia in 2009. That's why we are expanding cyber command to this day.
