Hi SGT Ben Keen, Congratz on your first blog post! It looks very well written. I am not familiar with Orion. It is similar to SolarWinds nCentral?

Thanks for the update. I will see if this is usable to our monitoring team. We do use tons of PowerShell with a couple of internally created apps to automate resolution to many of the alerts received from nCenteral and PRTG. If the alert is not resolved, it is escalated to a service desk technician.
