Program that pairs service dogs with veterans booted from Fort Belvoir and Walter Reed

It sounds like someone is trying to take over and kick out this group. There was a complaint that the dogs were not being treated humanely during the training phase. An independent veterinarian went to the facility where the dogs are trained and found absolutely no problems. The problem is that all this does is prevent much needed therapy dogs getting to people who need them.
