This is why I have no love lost for FDR.....As far as I'm concerned it was the beginning of the end. the Constitution and Bill of Rights were created NOT to be changed (Progressivised, so to speak) but as a solid Foundation on which to direct this great Nation........Shuttin' up now before I get going!

Actually, it really began in the late 19th Century. Woodrow Wilson was it's birth father in the 20th Century.

CPT Jack Durish - I'm as far back (knowledgeably) as FDR. I need to dive into my bookcase more, just no time. I have some really good stuff, years worth! BTW, I do know a bit about Woodrow Wilson....Not enough to speak on the subject. I do know he regretted greatly a few decisions he made.

I myself stay pretty much in the middle. Once in a while I'll go a little left, and then a little to the right. Depends on the situation.
