I could make a list as long as my arm, but I’ll start with a gimme. If you know the bible, you understand that it’s a collection of stories, written by men, over the course of many years. Of course, there are bound to be some inconsistencies.
Additionally, your understanding of the Great Party Switch appears to be limited. It had been a long brewing process that started after the Civil War. To simply boil it down to welfare and an eloquent LBJ quote is wildly inaccurate.
