I remember that meme and that put on a research path. Then I discovered the VNR (Virtual News Release, advertisements disguised as news cast segments) and realized they use our local news stations insidiously to promote/advertise to the masses. When you put it all down on paper like a puzzle and see that only five companies control all media and advertising dollars are at stake, well that opens your eyes and if it doesn't you are flat out blind.

Oh I think too that the media likes to promote this stuff, at least for now while it helps politically. I said before that last election was occupy wall street and that had much media until after the election and dissipated that winter.
There is a large issue and I think people that side with the race baiting feel whenever people clarify the specifics the sympathizers think that the clarification is minimizing their cause. This lapse of reality is part of the problem too. If the issues they raise are so serious and real then there's is nothing to worry about them going away and not to be talked about or heard. However, replies such as yall just want to keep us shutup and make it look like it was justified doesn't help, and anyone who would think that doesn't help. Bad situation all around.
