Prosecutors slammed a Capitol riot defendant's sixth request for pre-trial release in which he said he entered the Rotunda "peacefully" to take photos and that the crowd around him "looked like Disney World crowds."
According to court documents reviewed by Insider, prosecutors on Friday requested that Judge Amit Mehta deny Kenneth Harrelson's latest try at release, saying his request was "rife with outlandish arguments." In a previous plea for release that Mehta denied, Harrelson cited COVID-19 conspiracy theories as a reason that he should be released from custody before his trial.

Who said that they're not legally innocent right now? There's plenty of people who are in jail who haven't had a trial because they either can't pay bail or had bail denied. So I'm confused as to what you mean by your statement?
Also is that the threshold now? Attempted insurrection is okay as long as you don't kill anyone? What the actual fuck is wrong with you? I know you have me blocked but I'm really wondering what malfunction is in your brain to say the things you do.

What Disney World have they been to? I don't recall seeing anything at Disney World that resembled attempted insurrection. I also don't recall tour visits that looked like this when I went to the Capitol in 2011 after my reenlistment at the Women's Military Museum. These people have some really weird comparisons of what they think they did.
