Doesn't bother me in the least- we trained for the worst and then were told they were not our enemies any longer in the mid 80s. Just weird- we always need a boogie man to fan the flames.

Putin is Putin. We have the greatest country in the world what he says either good or bad should not influence any course of foreign diplomacy the US seeks to engage in.

Not really, he's just saying in my mind that this a wise move on our part to try and bring peace to these to halves, and hopefully there can be joined back together as one again.

North and South Korea will never reunite.
1. Kim and his cronies will never give up their power.
2. China does not want a democracy on it's borders.
3. South Korea will not want to absorb the tremendous cost of "liberating" the millions of folks in the north.
Sure, there has always been talk of reunification, but I don't think anyone is serious about it.
