Nice share. It will take outside the box thinking like this. A hybrid of all forms of energy. Motion of all sorts, and multi-sourced. Anything that increases supply and raises efficiency at a better price. I use water source heat pumps but that's ancient. I've thought of hydro between reservoirs. Utilize the terrain/grade with impellers and conversion. It depends on water levels, but waves and all - if it's free it should be captured. Castle Doctrine and personal investment apply. Water is a commodity and requires ownership. Wind must work the same. They work ram jet in the meanwhile.
