Biotech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy on Wednesday doubled down on unsubstantiated claims that the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol was an "inside job" during a CNN town hall.

Asked by CNN's Abby Phillip about similar claims he made during last week's GOP primary debate, the biotech entrepreneur insisted several times without evidence that the government was involved in planning Jan. 6.
