RCMP investigating alleged leak of shipbuilding info by vice-admiral: sources

I reported the initial story here on RP but with little to go by. Now more is coming out about this! Most of Canada's Navy is rusting out and the government has stalled on getting replacements built. Canada only uses 1% of its GDP for defense spending. Canad and the rest of NATO promised 2% but it still is not happening yet.
