After stop and frisk was shot down, there is no way that any local or state legislature would vote for a law like this. Could you see legislators/politicians in Chicago and New York and Los Angeles a Baltimore putting their name on a wall like this?

So if this guy is a felon, a known criminal with recent arrests and always a problem jerk you can't tell him to buzz off and leave the area?

We can't even do a stop and frisk with out racial uproar. Years ago a black chief of police in Chicago went to Singapore where they explained that was the reason the crime rate was law and he wanted to implement the policy. He was fired and replaced.

LTC (Join to see) - Remember it well, no sympathy here. When I was a Teen in Denver, it wasn't unusual for a cop to slap you around is you got an attitude or take you a couple miles across town, don't know if that gained respect, but we acted like it was.

TSgt Frank Shirley - true..but as my wife has seen from her Indian kind in Canada, the biggest rascists are often from the same race you are talking about. black on black, indian on indian, hispanic on hispanic. And these are people who are not wearing a badge and not sworn to serve and protect but that is never mentioned or its rascist!
