I am sorry that this story of the rape is true. BUT, why wasn't the rape reported by the doctor? And why did she transport the girl when that wasn't necessary; she could have had the abortion in Ohio. Now the hospital is filing charges against the doctor. Until the story hit the press, the doctor apparently had no interest in reporting the rape even though that's the law.

Lt Col Charlie Brown The rapist needs to be executed and the doctor needs to be stripped of his medical license. He had a legal obligation to report this the same as if a student told me they were raped by someone. It's the law, period.

I feel bad for the girl -- the doctor, not so much...
EDIT 1: As more details come out, seems that the doc did report it... Also seems that abortion was legal due to the circumstances of her pregnancy in OH... waiting for the other twisty details to come out...
