I am a supporter of a private business being able to refuse service to just about anyone for just about any reason. If the business is out of sync with norms and standards they will not be in business very long. It is foolish for a business owner to do something like she did as it makes your business unappealing to about half the population, and will turn off a lot of potential customers.
She should have resigned from the business group. Her judgment as a business person is pretty questionable and she is now a lightning rod that will not help that group develop opportunities for businesses in the area. Keep in mind, she also followed the Sander's party across the street and had them yelled at some more in another eatery.

Hmm. The only place I have seen that she followed her comes from Sanders father. Was he even there? I would have thought Sanders would have mentioned that or at the very least Trump. I'm not so sure about how accurate that might be.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - I saw the restaurant manager of the eatery they went to after they left the Red Hen in an interview and he stated they were followed and yelled at. Perhaps he is mistaken.

I support her rights to choose who to serve in her business>
I support the secondary effects of her choosing to refuse service based on Ms Sanders working for the President of the United States, and would feel the same be it Trump, Clinton, Bush, Obama or any other.

Her business - her right to ask Ms. Sanders to leave. The public's right to react as they deem appropriate.
I have an easier time with this than I do with the owner of the restaurant that allowed a group of people to harass a patron while standing by and doing nothing to stop it.
