It's really a shame that liberals were so condescending and ridiculing of Reagan's plan to build an anti-ICBM defense system. If we had moved forward with it then, we wouldn't need to worry about idiots with nukes and missiles now.

Existential = a threat to our existence, NK may be a serious threat but certainly they are no where near an existential threat to the US. to the South Korean Government possibly, to the residents of Seoul yes, but no Kim Jon Fat Boy does not present a threat to the American system no is he likely to in the forseeable future.

Yes that is true but watch South Korea build frigates that are bigger than our heavy Cruisers and watch Japan rearm to the teeth because of the threats to them. If we were to have a war where North Korea is backed up by China and we have a limited nuclear Exchange the whole world's going to be in a big depression because all our box stores will have nothing to sell and neither will the auto part stores either. And that means no iPhones and no Samsung period a stupid little fat boy can cause a Great Depression if they're big fat stupid Uncle backs them up
