What I would like to know about the COVID is how does it begin? I'm of the idea this is something you breathe in through the nasal passages and when your body isn't warmed up or heated up it can develop and spread. If you are active, i.e. walking, running, biking or other forms of activity your body heats up and now we have the country starting to warm up. Isn't this when all the folks down south seemed less susceptible? BUT, I'm of the mind when they went from outside in the warm air to the inside and A/C that it developed and got a lot of people. I'm not a medical type but from looking at the numbers throughout the different areas of our country that's what it looked like to me. BUT, the soundest advice is LTC Charlie's. EXERCISE!!!! keep the body moving, keep those lungs heated up. Look at all those couch potatoes in this country. All those grams & gramps who can barely go out and get their own mail. I wonder among all the casualties how many of them are the elderly and those who probably don't exercise. So I would walk. (I'd run but 2 metal knees stop me). Run, bike, skate board (carefully :-)) Jump rope, Power yoga/stretching (Very sweaty). Start at 1/2 mile then progress and see where you are after a month. Convince friends to get out there.
