What did he expect was going to happen? However, there was a statement from CAIR in this article that made me stop reading for a minute to think about it... "When he refused to reconsider his position, when he refused to reconsider to be educated, refused to engage this community, refused to respect American law, we had no choice but to bring forward this lawsuit." The words that stuck out to me the most was "when he refused to reconsider to be educated"... For some reason, that didn't sit too well with me coming from a CAIR rep... Am i reading too much into this?

Not surprising that Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) wants to target Andy Hallinan. CAIR is an oxymoron to the extreme they don't care about anybody but their own kind SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S. :-)

CMSgt Mark Schubert - Mark, i noticed that you already had 50 up votes and 1 vote down. I checked to make sure I had not voted for you already and then had the honor of being the 51st up vote for you. Hopefully your net vote counts :-)

2500 pts and my first 50 badge - ironically, with a down vote - go figure...

SFC James Sczymanski - Jim, I hope that it was an accidental down vote. I looked at his page and he is new with 7 or so contacts. I contacted a mutual contact and asked for his assistance to get a response.

There is more going on here than CAIR claiming to have filed a lawsuit against Hallinan. CAIR (you cannot tell me they didn't set this up) Having a American veteran convert come to FL from CA to attend a class and for that veteran to be advised of his rights by CAIR while at the same time Federal agents are advising Hallinan to close his store because of it to avoid having the veteran attend classes at his store.
