Look at the look on Danny DeVito face when he is getting instructions on how to get to the Ed center from our warriors in uniform. He is riddled with military jargon and in most cases that is what employers face look like when you are speaking military lingo to them.

Great post. Always like seeing the parts of Fort Jackson in the background throughout the movie. It hits home regarding knowing as well as targeting your audience!

Even though I have worked strictly as a government contractor since I retired, I always "civilianize" my resume. Working in IT, it's not really that difficult to do.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Army started training its MP's to "speak civilian" after this movie though, LOL! Thanks for sharing and you raise a very valid point.
