Rep. Jeffries confronts controversial Sheriff David Clarke over police violence

The more I watch this man, the more embarrassed I become. He is part of the issue that folks both black and white have in regards to police actions and the community. Integrity would tell you at some point, we can see through your BS, and that all you're doing is giving those who should not wear the badge a reason to keep going and breaking the law, and those cops who just want to enforce the law a bad name. Eric Garner's death was ruled a homicide. Not by a Wisconsin ME, but a NYC ME. This is public knowledge. How on earth this genius can say that he died of a heart attack when the report clearly stated apxiation aka choked to death. Can you not read? He refuses to admit that cops make mistakes and in some cases costly ones, but IF all involved admitted there were mistakes and openly spoke on them, some of the BS we see would work itself out no violence anywhere. If I had a cop in a choke hold, I deserve what might come to me. A cop places me in a procedurely illegal hold, and it's ok? You are from WI, that makes you a fairly decent expert on what is happening in your town IF you were ever in it. There are so many other larger PD's that are working to bridge the gap, but you want to hold on to thoughts and theories that were proven wrong 20+ years ago. I am disgusted that you are brought on as if you are the Cop of America. You're not. Your arrogant, self important, conceited, and you bring no credibility to the police when your fall back defense is to say cops are always right, you are always wrong, get over it. If there was two items in a pool that needed to be saved, and those were a snickers bar, and you, I'm going after the snickers bar. If I tried to save you, I'd be looking at bars from the inside out for life. I wish you no harm Sheriff, it's a damn shame you cannot do the same for anyone who isn't a cop, or your type of cop.
