I have had relatives who should not have weapons. Having said that, we need to be very careful that people right to bear arms is not taken away willy nilly. Due process must be required and proper evidence presented before rights are denied

I'm in agreement with Gaetz. If you wanna take away someone's rights, there needs to be due process. This BS about anonymous reporting and the ATF showing up at your door to take your stuff is against what the Constitution is there for.

Here in Oklahoma we voted to eliminate the red flag laws and was the 1st state to do so. We recognize the fact that if someone is upset with you they can raise havoc with your life or a crook that has your place staked set you up to attack you because they know your chance to defend yourself has been removed.
