That's right. Anything negative about President Trump and his administration is "fake news". Are his Tweets fake too, since his staff contradicts them on a regular basis?

I think I am missing something. Upon President Trump's inauguration, the Logan act no longer applies, even if General Flynn was not yet National Security Advisor. The Logan act was intended to stop a US citizen from INDEPENDENTLY negotiating on behalf of the United States. I do not believe the Logan act makes it illegal for the President to use a private citizen with expressed permission in executive branch diplomatic efforts. Nor does the Logan act stop a candidate from discussing future plans with a prospective cabinet member either orally or I writing. Finally, I was not aware that intent to improve relations with a global opponent was scandalous.

So will someone out there smarter than me explain why I'm supposed to be aghast?

References of Flynn violating the Logan Act are in regards to his conversations and any promises he made to Russian officials before the inauguration and Flynn was still a private citizen. This article doesn't mention Logan Act but instead suggesting the actions by Cohen and these documents maybe connected to the inappropriate, ill-advised content from Flynn's earlier conversations. It's a stretch indeed.

Nothing bugs the Progressive Left like losing to anyone opposed to their ideology. Trump's victory is just the latest loss, a shocking one in a battle they were convinced they had won. Another that annoys them to this day is Reagan's victory in the Cold War. The fall of the Soviet Union was nearly as rapid as Hillary's on election night. Thus, they have attempted to continue the Cold War with the Russians in a vain attempt to discount reality. Isn't it time to cement that victory with an alliance with Russia? We could be partners if we wanted, couldn't we? Actually, I believe that President Trump may be acting on such a prospect.
