I with you Spc Lyle. Everyone needs to serve min. of 2yrs. Thats of course if one can pass, pt, drug and psych TEST!!!!

If they want to restore our military, there's an old adage about how to select your foundation... they'll never get it done if they continue to wallow in the muck. Israel seems to have it right... EVERYBODY needs to serve! No deferments AT ALL! Even those with disabilities can do something... Pt, drug tests and psych evaluations are nowhere exits on the highway of freedom. EVEN THEY can do something. If they want to live here, they need to serve the greater good, or LEAVE! How much simpler can it get?

I retired in 2021 and I did not feel the woke BS got down to the ranks as much as people thought. Sure you saw promotions and awards based on race however I just do not feel the culture changed as much as people think.

Greetings GySgt Jack Wallace - You're absolutely correct there Jack. My earlier message is that EVERYBODY should do their civic duty... as soon as they complete their education. Some will be done with their education in 12 years, or 16 years or however many years it takes for them to be satisfied with their personal training/education. Granted, there will always be a few that just can't get through high school, or welding school, etc. BUT, that doesn't mean that they'll necessarily be drunks or dopers. Even quadriplegics can contribute with whatever level of skills they're capable of performing. Likely typing or watching something that needs eyes on. When a citizen completes their duty, they will have developed a sense of ownership in their Country... much like you and I and the rest of us Veterans did. We made America BETTER and we're proud of that fact. We should be. And, if EVERYBODY contributes to a common goal, we become united in our pride and allegiance, like our friends on this site. Wouldn't that be comforting?

Ok here is the Golden thread, WE must start off with a COMMAMDER IN CHIEF that has the love of country, devotion to country, in the front of their mind first & last.. SOMEONE WHO IS FEARED, RESPECTED BY THE PORTION OF ALL OTHER NATIONS! Some one who is sharp as a tack, & not known or prone to making mistakes, when it COUNTS! One who represents the MOST FEARED MILITARY MIGHT IN THE HISTORY OF OUR NATION NO BULLSHIT, SEMPER FI, OOHRAH! That person in my mind is non other than DONALD J TRUMP. Thereafter his selection is in place, the WIMPS, woke, pyscos, pronouns goes away.. Bottom line We in the USA, cannot survive another OBIDEN NOBAME WIMP STATE/
