Thankfully there are plenty of craft breweries in the Fort Worth - Dallas area, from Revolver's Blood & Honey to Franconia's Dunkel, and many in between.

LTC Eugene Chu - This is Blood & Honey. It's an unfiltered wheat (hefeweizen) that uses the zest from blood oranges, local honey, is about 7% ABV. Also available in cans, but better out of the bottle. I pick it up at the local grocery store.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - There is only one semi-mainstream beer that I'll drink any more, Shiner Bock out of Shiner, TX (20 miles SE of Gonzales). I was spoiled by good beer in England and Germany, and can't drink the mainstream crap that American breweries put out. Another good one in this area is Franconia Dunkel, a 5% ABV, malty with a slight chocolate taste, very smooth.

Capt Gregory Prickett - I'll have to see if I can find that Locally. That sounds Yummy. Yeah I remember Living in Ickenham and Vacationing in Bad Aibling. Definitely had some Good Beer there.
