"Retired General" is just another term for highly paid civilian. There have been retired Generals on both sides of the political spectrum in the last few years. Their opinions aren't any more valid than any other retiree

MAJ Byron Oyler If you're talking about Mattis leaving as SECDEF, that was because he was tired of trying to babysit Trump and keep him reigned in.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - Right, because we got into so many wars while he was POTUS - oh wait, the least amount of military force used in over 40 years, tried to get what troops we had abroad back home from a useless and unwinnable conflict in Syria, tried bring home Troops from Germany, ( why are we still in Germany - its been unified, and the wall was brought down in the 80's, and has nothing to do with NATO commitments) so I ask, reign Trump in from what? calling N. Koreas bluff?

Retired Brigadier General. I have been told, on more than one occasion, that retiring as a Colonel means you had a very successful career. Retiring as a MG or higher means you had an exceptional career. Retiring as a BG means you failed - you were selected for flag ranks and proved you couldn't cut it.

SSG Robert Perrotto - You forgot to mention he put China and Iran in their place. Quit the WHO, another four years and we might even have evicted the UN and kicked them out of the country. The Establishment has never had to deal with anything like Trump. He promises to upset the apple cart and he will.

SFC Domingo M. Ha! Rotsa Ruck SFC! They would need to attempt to activate unsullied high school ROTC students to field a expeditionary force if ex-POTUS Trump deplorables were to be evicted from the U S Military!!

I'm starting to think that this administration might just be to that point. Things have really gotten crazy since President Trump rattled their chimes.

As long as you keep your political views to yourself there is no issue. However apparently many haven't kept those views to themselves and if it affects the mission he may have a point.

I can not believe that a person of your rank can actually think that what a military member might think is grounds for expulsion. This all actually started getting bad during the Obama administration. After he left, I made the statement that he had left a cancer behind which served to disrupt the Trump administration for four years trying to remove a duly elected President. I will keep this short. A person needs to have been living under a rock not to realize this. Biden can expect exactly the same support President Trump received from the left. This administration seems to be getting in bed with the Chinese, our most dangerous enemies. That deserves a lot of attention.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - I think you mean before the Obama administration, right? The Hillary Clinton and the Dossier, DNC, FBI, CIA, IRS all were left-overs from the previous administration were involved in trying to remove a duly elected President. Most people would call that a conspiracy or a Coup. We had the Mueller Investigation, the first Impeachment, they spied on Trump's campaign with Obama's blessing, They falsified several reports in order to get a FISA Warrant to spy, the Dossier had been discredited by the FBI but their leadership used it anyway. Russian Collusion didn't happen was the final verdict. So you see, this didn't start with President Trump. Even people on our side, the Establishment, didn't like the fact that a Civilian, never worked a day in government won, not only the primary, but went on to defeat the Queen herself. That really rattled their cages. Then on top of that, who could do the job better than any one of them has ever been able or willing to do it. That, is why they have to pull out all stop to try to disqualify him from ever holding public office ever again. Every time they do something dirty to oust him, his support gets stronger and will continue. A poll that was taken shows that if he were to start a third party, he would get over 64% of Republicans, 28% independents, and 15% Democrats also said they would join. How can all these voters be wrong and 535 members of Congress be right?

SFC Domingo M. Biden isn't running and midterms are notorious for going against party in power, same happened to 45 and he didn't change his approach on anything.
