Retention of Female Submariners on Par with Men

Male or female it takes a certain kind of person to be in submarines, it seems to Me. I'm not Navy, never have been but I'd still like to see the sky and not be so far under the water. I'm not so sure everybody could stand that but I guess those that do continue to be dedicated to that type of service. As P03 McCord said, and I agree, "Glad they're out there, just not Me, thank You."
