Ritchie Valens singing "We Belong Together", from 1959, and released on his album "Ritchie Valens" posthumously after his death in a 1959 plane crash that also killed Buddy Holly, JP "The Big Bopper" Richardson, and their pilot Roger Peterson. Their deaths were immortalized in song by Don Mclean's 1971 anthem "American Pie".
