Yea... Some innocent people are put on trial and found innocent. Some are found guilty. Murder police don't stop running down cases because of that fact. No defense lawyer has got up and said well my clients innocent because another guy was arrested for murder and he was found innocent too. (only exception being a DA who is grossly mishandling prosecutions). Bottom line is false complaints should never enter into anyone's account of any allegations unless the accuser has been proven to have lied in the past.

more than 60% of all military prisoners are article 120 sexual assault the national average it 11% the rules were changed by Congress just like the title IX for colleges. The military had to get their numbers up and they did by shifting the burden of proof. Now if you are accused you have to prove that you are innocent. article 120 accusations are most often convicted on nothing more than the accusers story

I agree, but you also cant toss the accusers to the side. As we have been seeing its clearly a big problem, but I would argue sending an innocent person to jail is just as bad as ignoring an actual victim. Neither gets justice.

SGT (Join to see): Members of the military may have thought that my MST (Military Sexual Trauma) was not real; but believe you me: it Was.
I suffered MST at the hands of my Executive Officer and at the hands of a Warrant Officer.
-Most Sincerely, Margaret
