Hopefully the British Navy will never have to sale back to the Falkland Islands or as Argentina refers to them as the Malvinas Islands LTC (Join to see). In any event I hope that the Royal navy now has sufficient and robust capability to intercept Exocet (French for "flying fish") anti-ship missile and more modern versions of those anti-ship missiles.

Any degradation of Britain is tripled in Argentina. Argentina's Navy was of dubious worth during the 80's. They've advanced little since. British Type 45 destroyers are more than capable of eliminating any air threat Argentina poses. HMS Ocean and her sister have the only "decks" in the Royal Navy, but as we found out during the Falklands, "lack of decks" hardly stopped the RN. Both could carry enough choppers to provide a low level landing. All Royal Navy SSN's carry Tomahawk. All RAF birds have greater air to air refueling capability than the 80's force. So all things considered, Argentina would still get their ass handed to them.

British do NOT want to go back to the Faulklands. Too many inter species paternity suits and dependants.
