Very good read - even though it really does not understand that targeting is done not on a mass scale - but on specific key communicators that can be more effective. Same as we have been doing since 1917... understand that they are real - not just our own politics - and that actions are being taken against US Forces. We used to have good grasp of SAEDA and OPSEC... but need to understand how the communications revolution changed communications and how to get on top of both items to lessen influence of key communicators in the forces.
