A massive floating nuclear power plant is now making its way toward its final destination at an Arctic port, after Russia's state nuclear corporation Rosatom launched the controversial craft over the weekend. It's the first nuclear power plant of its kind, Russian officials say.

Great...here's been another thread on this dumbness...Chernobyl on the ocean...brilliant...only ex-Commies and their oligarch nopeo-Fascist ex-KGB apparatchik boos would've thought of it...positively scintillating...I suppose they were too stupid to just airlift all the hardware to where it was supposed to be built? What, Chernobyl and destroying the entire surrounding area for millennia wasn't enough for them...marvelous, positively marvelous, triue perspicacity incarnate....
