Anyone who serves/served should be able to recognize anti-American/anti-Constitution propaganda. Well, at least I hope they would. When I see it, I call it out...

CPT Jack Durish -
There are plenty of lists of people who were in Trump's administration, campaign, etc who are criminals. To be clear, we are talking about people convicted of a crime. If you want to compare that to pretty much any list of any administration ever, it is remarkable. That's not opinion, spin etc, that's just what it is.

The idea that the campaign attempted to collude with the Russian's is just fact. Trump Jr.'s own email and words admit to the idea that they tried to do it. He claims they were unsuccessful and that the Russian didn't have what she said she had but they even admit they tried to do it. Anything else just isn't within the realm of reality.

I don't care so much about Trump's tone, but what he actually says. Yes, lying requires intent. Any examination of his public statements reveals once again the extraordinary quantity. If we don't think he intended to consistently change his statements and claims then we are left with less appealing options like mental defect.

Once again, we track this stuff, we know it isn't normal when compared to prior administrations. I don't have to make some political argument or guess based on my feelings, once again there are places that track this stuff.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Part of the problem is that as individuals we have little ability to tell for sure when it is happening. I'm sure we have all had our suspicions from time to time, but the tools to really know are beyond most of us.
We really need our CI services to detect it and expose groups and individuals doing it. The problem is, we have to trust our CI services when they say it is happening. The Russian's goal then would be to tear down trust in such institutions. Unfortunately that would appear to be happening; successfully too. Once trust in those institutions are gone, we can, and likely are, being fed almost anything and some significant part of the population will believe it. Extremely damaging to a country with a democratic process as we are now seeing.
We are in the midst of an (mis)information war being waged on us and right now we are losing.
