Let me think, who are our allies? Mexico, Canada, The EU, NATO, United Nations? Requiring passports between Canada and the United States a move that has nearly stopped Americans or Canadians from making trips to see friends in either nation they once could do everyday. Now once boarder friends are growing distant much more distant. Separating America by, age, sex, faith, health, skin tone DNA, and more "idiot trigger modes" those who give us all of this Debt, while taking the tax burden away from the richest, and not only having but allowing off-shore tax "hideouts" shelters.
OH THAT WAS AND IS THE GOP TEA PARTY AND PRESIDENT TRUMP WASN'T IT?

"Gerasimov first outlined Russia's new hybrid warfare in 2013 and implemented the plan a year later in using covert military forces to annex Ukraine's Crimean Peninsula. The Russians invaded with "little green men"—special operations troops without military insignia."
Sir, this article implied the Russians as evil again, or continued evil.
What caused the Russians to enter Ukraine? How long was the Crimea Russian before allowing Ukraine to control it's use? Let me answer my own questions. During the winter Olympics hosted by the Russkies, Kiev exploded with armed revolt. (Paid for by whom?) Two months later the little green men entered eastern Ukraine where a majority see themselves as Russians.
Once, Kiev showed their hand in moving towards the WTO, Russia took back Crimea. Yes. Took it back. The Star of the North took it from the Turks for raiding and taking slaves. (What people still do that?) Ukraine was given control in 1952. Russia has to have that port on the north shore of the Black Sea. National interest.
Anyway, as I was writing, this article does not give context. Why are we pushing for a fight? what does Russian history tell us about pushing them into fighting?
Who is paying the money for the illegal alien Caravans to our south to invade America? Why?

One of the key reason for such thing as Cyber Command within the structure of the US Air Force as a major Air Command. The threats in the are grows along with the advances and Military applications of computers and related technology. Major steps to protect resources and safeguard data as well as educate people to use these resources properly and be aware of threat signs and the risk which is always present.
The bottom line in a lot of these issues with computers and other technology the Russians still have to be watched and be careful what You choose to trust them with.
