RVs are becoming an alternative to high rents in LA

Spent four months homeless earlier this year, and seriously considered this as an option. An RV park where I was working was $385 a month, including water and electric, but rent was $800 in the ghetto and $1500 for something that was semi decent. I ended up changing jobs to a location where the cost of living wasn't so high.

California taxes and regulations have strangled real estate development in nearly the entire state. Most real property prices have gotten to the level that more than 50% of the population are financially excluded from the market. Even converted shipping containers are in high demand. California is a flaming bright example of the effectiveness of socialism and social engineering.
