Conservationists said Saturday that they plan to bomb a remote South African island with tons of pesticide-laced pellets to kill mice that are eating albatrosses and other seabirds alive.
Hordes of mice are devouring the eggs of some of the world's most important seabirds that nest on Marion Island, about 2,000 kilometers (1,240 miles) southeast of Cape Town, and have started eating live birds, leading conservationist Mark Anderson said.

The Mice must be hard put for a meal, they are usually very timid around other live creatures. If they are indeed starving, pellets dropped on the island would probably get eaten up pretty fast.

I Wonder If They Have An Ingredient They Could Use To Sterilize The Male Mice.
I THINK They Used Something Like That To Control The Birth Of Mosquitoes,
Or Some Other Manner Of Insects~~ . If THAT Doesn't Work, Perhaps They Could
Gather-Up The Males & Preform Microscopic Vasectomies,! It May Be Just A Thought ~
But, As Robin Williams Stated "We Comedians Just See Things From A Different Angle".
